What to write about
- A pet page — a photograph that will not upload, a story to correct, or a link that needs to be taken down.
- A business listing — changing your details, a payment question, or handing a listing over to a different account.
- Privacy — asking what is stored about you, correcting it, or having an account deleted.
- Something broken — the map not loading, a page that looks wrong on your phone.
Before you write
Two questions answer themselves quickly: whether a pet profile is private or public is a toggle on your dashboard, and a business listing can be edited there too, without needing me at all. If you are looking for the policy rather than a conversation, it lives on the Privacy & Terms page.
