What exactly does it cost?

Where will my pet appear on the map?
Wherever you'd like them remembered — your home, a favourite park, a place that mattered. You give us an address and we put the pin there. Street level is plenty precise, so no apartment number is required.
Do I need to include my apartment or unit number?
Include it if you like — it won't stop your address from working. The pin sits at street level, since a block of flats is a single point on the map rather than one per home, and if the apartment detail can't be matched we simply try the same address again without it.
What if my address isn't found at all?
It's almost always a formatting problem rather than a missing place. Check the street, city and country are all there, and drop anything that isn't part of the postal address — a building's name, a business name. Street, city and country on their own nearly always resolve.
Can I change the photos or story later?
Yes, whenever you like, from your dashboard. Your pet's link stays the same, so anything you've already shared keeps working.
Is this only for pets who have passed away?
No. MyPetsStories is for living companions and for remembering — a spot for a pet who's still curled up next to you is just as welcome.
Who can see my pet's page?
Anyone with the link, and anyone browsing the map. What's public is what you choose to publish — your pet's name, photo, story and location. Your email address and account details are never shown.
